Small and medium breeds under 30lbs only. We do sometimes make exceptions, like when your pup is our only pup for your booking dates, so please inquire if you have a larger pup. 

All pups must be well socialised and get along with other dogs and humans. We do not accept aggressive dogs under any circumstances. 

All pups must be up to date on vaccinations, worming and flea treatments. Please let us know ahead of time if your pooch is not housetrained so we can best prep for his/her stay. 

If you are a Rover.com pup client or if you found us through Rover, we ask that you book your stay through Rover.com. There is a small additional fee of $10/per night for pups under one year of age. We do sometimes make exceptions based on maturity and training. 

Pick up and drop off fees: 

• Local Pick up is $10 

• Out of Radius Pick up $15-20 

• Free local pickup for senior citizens

Dog Boarding is for a 24 hour booking period. For every hour above the 24 hours we charge $2.50/hour or a discounted day care rate - whichever is less and works best for you. 

Morning Drop off is between 9-10:30am. Let us know at the time of booking if you'll need an earlier or later drop-off. Evening pick up is between 5:30-6:30pm. Let us know if you'll need a different time frame. We realise it's difficult to access pick up times with travel and will do our best to accommodate you. Our latest pick up time is 9:30pm, unless otherwise arranged. 

If you have a last minute cancellation on a standard boarding booking, please let us know as soon as possible. You must cancel at least 7 days in advance, at the very latest, to qualify for a full refund. If you cancel 3 days in advance, we will issue you a partial refund of 50%. Any cancellations within 3 days will not be refunded. If you have booked your stay and come home early, we do not offer refunds for unused days of your booking. Please understand, we are usually completely book and will turn away many pup clients to hold your pups spot. If you have an extenuating circumstance and have to reschedule your trip, we will do our best to work with you. Please let us know as soon in advance as possible. Please note - absolutely no refunds or credits are offered on discounted boarding or daycare packages. Packages are heavily discounted and final sale.
